In order to enter the newbie dungeon you cannot have skills higher than 65.0
Those skills are: Archery, Fencing, Healing, Macefighting, Magery, Parrying, Swordsmanship, Tactics, Wrestling, & KILLS cannot be higher than 7.
In order to enter the newbie mines you cannot have skills higher than 75.0
Those skills are: Mining, Archery, Fencing, Healing, Macefighting, Magery, Parrying, Swordsmanship, Tactics, Wrestling, & KILLS cannot be higher than 7.

In order to enter the newbie mines you cannot have skills higher than 75.0
