In order to steal from other players you will need Thieves Gloves!
Things you cannot steal from: NPC, Newbies, Staff Members, & Yourself.
You cannot steal when: Morphed, War-mode, Trade windows, Certain areas (Flea market, etc..).
Some items will be to heavy and some items cannot be stolen, such as newbie items.
