New scripts added

I have added the following scripts

Christmas tree deed - you can place and redeed and replace again.
Throwing axes - You can now throw axes at your enemies. ( Very cool)
Slot Machine - Gamble 500gp win or lose, and it's progressive to jackpot!
Safe & Key - You can now protect your most valuable items with the safe! ( not finished just yet)
Wizards Hat - Now you can pump up your magery and eval intelligence up to +20.
