it does, if you can stay 3 spaces from your enemy that is casting it. Generally you will cast this potion while attacking nose to nose, so they cannot run after melee. Its not in game yet.. Just in tourney. but overall what do you think?

Also, on the person trying to get away... you can cast DISPELL to get rid of a wall to make an escape. :]

i think you can try it in game but if it causes problem to players you can fix or remove it from the game..
