Placing a house

Alot of players in game ask me "How do I place a house?"

This is simple. Not only will you need a house deed, but you will also need a BUILDERS BEAM. You may get one of these by building it or purchasing it from other players. Once you have a BUILDER BEAM, you place the BUILDER BEAM on the ground where you would like your house to be and double click on the House Deed and then click once on the BUILDER BEAM. If the house does not place, move the BEAM around until you find the right spot.
