Making tools Newbied

Im gonna go ahead add the tools and the Spell book to the AUTO-Nooby list in the morning. From now on these items will be newbified.

Tinker tools
Saw
Smiths hammer
Spell Book
Mortor & Pistle

The item known as Newbie tool maker, will no longer exist.... it will be called the Newbie maker. and it will make items newbied of all sorts. Weapons, Armors, and other items... This change will not take place for a few weeks. I will post this.
